【브레이크뉴스 경북 】이성현 기자=2월말에서 3월초 코로나19 백신(아스트라제네카)이 국내에 들어오면서 각 시도의 예방 접종 플랜이 가동되고 있다. 대구시에 이어 경북도도 15일 정부의 예방접종 계획을 기초 삼아 별도의 세부 실행 계획을 수립해 발표했다.

경북도의 예방접종은 3월 초 본격 가동되어 11월까지 18세 이상의 도민 227만명을 대상으로 시행한다. 이중 2분기까지 접종하는 우선접종대상자는 65만4300여명으로, 3월부터 ①노인요양병원과 노인요양시설, 정신요양·재활시설 내 65세 미만 입소자 및 종사자 대상으로 첫 접종이 시작되며, ②코로나19 치료병원종사자 ③고위험의료기관 근무의료인 ④코로나1차 대응요원 등 7만2600여명을 접종할 계획이다.

이어 5월 ~ 6월에는 ①노인, 장애인, 노숙인 시설 입소자·종자사 ② 65세이상 ③의료기관 보건의료인 58만 1700여명을 접종하고, 3분기에는 ④성인 만성질환자, 소방경찰 등 필수인력, ⑤교육·보육시설 종사자 ⑥ 18~64세의 접종이 이루어지고 4분기에는 2차 접종자, 미접종자 등 총 162만 여명에 대한 접종이 순차적으로 실시된다.

접종 장소는 도민들의 이동과 안전을 고려해  3월중 포항남구 실내체육관에 접종센터 1개소를 우선 설치·운영하고, 6월 이후에는 23개 시군에 23개소의 접종센터를 운영할 예정이다. 접종센터의 접근성을 높이고 교통편의 제공을 위해 경북도는 셔틀버스 운행과 시내버스 노선 접종센터 경유지 등의 추가 대책도 추진할 계획으로 알려졌다.

경북도는 2월 ~ 3월까지 설치 후보지 24개소에 대해 자가발전시설, 냉난방시설, 환기시설, 인근 응급의료기관 연계여부 등 사전 현장점검을 실시하고 적정여부를 확인한 뒤 최종 확정하겠다고 밝혔다. 접종센터에는 의료인력, 행정인력, 소방·경찰인력 등을 배치하고, 마약의 경우, 부족할 수 있는 의료 인력에 대해서는 도 의사회 및 간호사회와 협의해 충원하기로 했다.

아울러, 도는 접종센터의 접근성을 높이고 교통편의 제공을 위해 셔틀버스 운행, 시내버스 노선 접종센터 경유지 추가 등의 대책도 추진할 계획이다.  

경북도는 이들외에도 1000여개 의료기관에서도 백신을 접종할 수 있도록 위탁 의료기관을 별도로 지정하겠다고 했다. 위탁 의료기관은 기존 인플루엔자 등 국가예방접종 참여 의료기관 중 지정기준을 충족하고, 코로나19 백신 예방접종 교육을 이수한 의료기관을 위주로 선정하게 되며 현장방문을 통해 엄격히 관리 할 계획이다.

이와 함께 접종센터와 위탁의료기관 방문이 어려운 노인요양시설, 정신요양시설, 장애인거주시설 등 시설입소자와 종사자에 대해서는 보건소 접종팀이 직접 시설을 방문한다.

강성조 코로나19 예방접종 대응 추진단장은 “3월부터 시행되는 예방접종부터 차질 없이 진행될 수 있도록 백신확보, 대상자 관리, 접종센터 설치, 위탁의료기관 지정에 철저를 기하겠다”고 밝히고 “집단면역이 형성되기 전까지 사회적 거리두기, 개인위생관리 등 방역수칙 준수”를 당부했다.

At the same time, the health center inoculation team will visit the facility directly for the persons who enter the facility, such as elderly care facilities, mental care facilities, and disabled persons who have difficulty visiting inoculation centers and foster medical institutions.

Kang Sung-jo, director of the COVID-19 Immunization Response Promotion Unit, said, "We will thoroughly recommend the designation of vaccines, recipient management, inoculation centers, and consignment medical institutions so that they can proceed without a course from vaccinations implemented from March," and called for "compliance with anti-defense rules such as social distance and personal health management until collective exemptions are formed."
