신고는 온라인 부동산거래관리시스템홈페이지 또는 계약서 원본을 지참해 주택 소재 읍면동 행정복지센터 방문으로 가능하며 임대차 계약 신고와 동시에 확정일자가 자동 부여되기 때문에 세입자 권리를 보장받을 수 있게 된다.
