【브레이크뉴스 경북】박은정 기자=경북 경산시(시장 조현일)는 2,274억원 규모의 제1회 추가경정예산안을 시의회에 제출했다고 19일 밝혔다.

이번 추경은 민선 8기 출범 이후 첫 추경으로 지방교부세 1,031억원, 국도비보조금 451억원, 조정교부금 164억원 등의 세입을 활용해 지역경제 활성화와 민생안정에 초점을 두고 편성했다.

또 지방교부세가 대폭 증액 확보됨에 따라 건전한 지방재정 운용을 위해 장기미집행 도시공원 조성사업비 190억원에 대한 지방채를 발행하는 대신 자체 재원으로 우선 반영했다.

코로나19 극복을 위해 코로나19 생활지원비 207억원, 저소득층 한시 긴급생활지원 54억원, 코로나19 입원치료비 21억원 등을 편성하고, 고유가와 물가상승으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 시내버스업계에 손실보상금 45억원, 노선버스 기사 한시 지원 15억원 등을 편성했다.

미래전략산업 육성을 위해 경산지식산업센터 건립 및 경산 스타트업파크 조성 등에 70억원, 각종 인프라 확충을 위해 농업기반시설 관리 29억원, 하천정비 10억원, 지방도 건설 76억원, 도로정비 48억원, 도시계획도로 개설 44억원, 소규모 주민숙원사업 65억원 등 시설비 449억원을 증액 편성했다.

또 조례 개정을 통해 국가유공자 보훈예우수당을 1인당 7만원에서 10만원으로 인상하고, 저출산 문제 극복을 위해 출생아 1인당 50만원의 출산축하금을 지급하기 위해 총 5억 6,000만원 증액 편성했다.

조현일 시장은 “이번 추경은 재정건전성을 고려해 가용재원을 효율적으로 편성하기 위해 노력했으며 긴급 재난지원금은 신청과정에서 시민 불편이 최소화되도록 철저히 준비해 추석 전에 속도감있게 지급하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편 이번 추경안은 오는 25일 열리는 제239회 시의회 심의를 거쳐 29일 최종 확정된다.
