【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구식약청은 대구·경북 지역 해썹(식품안전관리기준, HACCP) 인증업소를 대상으로 ‘해썹 인증업소 기술지원 멘토링’을 실시했다고 8일 밝혔다.
이번 멘토링은 해썹 인증 우수업소의 해썹 운영 기술과 관리 방법을 공유해 소규모 해썹 인증업소의 해썹 운영‧관리 역량을 보다 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
기술지원 멘토링은 해썹 인증 우수업소를 멘토로, 소규모 해썹 인증업소를 멘티로 하여 10개 그룹(57개소 80여명)으로 나누어 진행됐다.
주요 내용은 멘토‧멘티 간 해썹 평가 결과 주요 지적사항에 대한 개선방안과 해썹 관리기준‧노하우 공유, 현장 애로사항에 대한 효율적 운영방안 모색, 업체 간 소통을 위한 상호 교류 기회 등을 제공했다.
대구식약청 관계자는 "이번 멘토링이 업무 이해도를 높이고 전문성을 향상시키는데 도움을 주어 보다 안전한 식품 공급 기반을 조성하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대하며, 앞으로도 해썹 인증업소의 안전관리 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 상호 교류 기회를 지속적으로 마련하겠다."고 밝혔다.
