【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=행복진흥원(원장 정순천)이 민선 8기 지방 출자출연기관 최초로 ‘노사 공동 협약’을 체결하고 건전한 노사문화 정착과 사회적 가치 실현을 위해 적극 나서기로 했다고 1일 밝혔다.
행복진흥원은 한국노총 대구사회서비스노동조합(위원장 노광열), 전국식품산업노동조합연맹(대구 본부장 이시혁), 경창산업 노동조합(위원장 김성호), 전국공공노동조합연맹 대구본부(의장 양상훈), 대구경북노동과사회정책포럼(위원장 이동훈) 등과 협약을 통해 노사 상생 문화 정립을 통한 사회적 책임 이행을 약속했다.
이번 노사협력 업무협약서에 담긴 주요 내용은 협약 당사자 공동의 사회공헌활동을 위한 각종 사업 발굴과 실행, 협약 당사자 공동의 사회적 책임 이행을 위한 다양한 자원 연계 등을 위한 노력, 사회 공헌 활동에 관한 정보 공유 및 공동 활용, 기타 사회적 가치실현을 위한 상호 교육 및 협력 네트워크 강화 등이다.
이번 협약으로 노사는 상호협력 및 공동의 목표를 통해 사회적 책임을 다하는 등 대구시민을 위한 더 나은 복지서비스 제공에 힘을 모으기로 했다.
정순천 행복진흥원장은 “시대적 흐름에 맞는 건강하고 건전한 노사 협력을 바탕으로 사회적 책임을 함께 다함으로써 신뢰와 상생의 노사문화가 만들어 질 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 “이번 협약을 통해 행복진흥원은 사회적 책임을 실현하고 대구 시민 복지 체감 향상을 위해 더욱 정진할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
대구사회서비스노동조합 노광열 위원장은 “노사가 협력해 공동의 목표에 이를 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”며 “건전한 소통과 협력의 문화를 바탕으로 안전하고 합리적인 직장문화를 만들기 위해 적극 동참 하겠다”고 전했다.
