【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구가톨릭대(총장 성한기)가 (사)K뷰티인협회(이사장 추교익)와 협약을 체결했다고 2일 밝혔다.

지난달 31일 뷰티 산업의 발전과 전문인력양성을 위해 협약을 체결한 대구가톨릭대와 (사)K뷰티인협회는 상호 발전을 위한 적극적인 협력을 약속했다.

협약은 ▶미용기술과 경영서비스에 관한 K-뷰티 전문가 양성과정 운영 ▶평생교육 사업을 위한 교육과정 공동 개발 운영 ▶인적·물적 자원의 활용 및 교류를 통한 뷰티 산업 발전 ▶미용 교육 실습 및 직무 교육에 관한 공동 협력 ▶산학협력에 의한 K-뷰티 공동 연구 및 관련 사업 공동 기획 등의 내용을 포함한다.

또한 이번 협약을 계기로 대구가톨릭대 평생교육원이 운영하는 미용·경영학전공 학점은행제를 수료할 경우 교육부장관 명의의 전문학사학위와 미용사종합면허를 취득할 수 있게 됐다. 

금용필 대구가톨릭대 평생교육원장은 “전 세계적으로 K-뷰티 산업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 만큼 뷰티 전문가에 대한 수요도 급증하고 있다.”면서 “이번 협약을 통해 활발한 산학협력으로 수준 높은 교육과정을 운영하여 시대가 요구하는 미용전문경영자, 미용전문가를 양성하는데 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
