13일 대경대학교는 전문대학 혁신지원 사업의 일환으로 일본의 3개 교육기관과 협약을 맺고 글로벌 산학연 협력 네트워크 강화에 나선다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 공동 학위 프로그램을 통한 학생 교류 확대 및 학생 글로벌 역량 강화 등을 목적으로 추진되었다.

협약을 통해 대경대와 각 기관은 ▶유학을 포함한 교류 프로그램의 추진 ▶학술자료, 간행물 및 학술 정보의 교환 ▶양 학교법인의 합의에 의한 공동 교육사업의 추진 등을 위해 협력할 것을 약속했다.

대경대학교 이채영 총장은 “해외 대학교 및 교육기관과 우수한 글로벌 인재 양성과 유치를 위한 지속적인 업무 교류를 이어나갈 것”이라고 밝히며 “아울러 공동 학위 프로그램 및 학생 교류를 확대해 재학생들이 글로벌 인재가 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”라고 전했다.
