【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대경대학교(총장 이채영)가 지난 28일 학교기업 대경양조에서 생산하는 우수한 품질의 수제맥주·막걸리의 대중화 및 판로개척을 위하여 프랜차이즈 ‘DK브로이 마산 1호점’(마산 오동동)과 ‘대경양조 창원 1호점’(창원 중앙동)을 오픈했다고 밝혔다.
지난 2014년 대경대학교는 학교기업 대경양조를 설립한 이후 천년 대추 생막걸리, 청도읍성맥주, 조선생 막걸리, 포항이모맥주, 독도에일맥주, 홀인원맥주 등을 생산하고 판매해왔다.
금번 오픈한 학교기업 대경양조 프랜차이즈 ‘DK브로이 마산 1호점’과 ‘대경양조 창원 1호점’에서는 기성 제품에서 느낄 수 없는 신제품만의 진하고 깊은 맛을 볼 수 있어 호응이 이어지고 있다.
현재 판매되는 제품은 아리스토 페일에일, 아리스토 바이젠, 아리스토 스타우트, 조선생 생막걸리, 조선생 막걸리 등이며 콜라보 제품인 브라운에일, 비밀에일, 주주베막걸리는 13개 체인매장을 가지고 있는 브라운핸즈 매장 4곳(창원, 통영, 남해, 안양)에 우선 납품되고 있다.
대경대학교 이채영 총장은 “DK브로이 마산 1호점과 대경양조 창원 1호점을 통하여 학교기업 대경양조의 우수한 기술력을 널리 알리는 전초기지의 역할뿐만 아니라, 학생 창업을 위한 비즈니스 모델, 지역 일자리 창출, 재정적 선순환구조를 통한 학교발전 비즈니스 모델로서의 역할을 다 해주길 기대한다.”고 말했다.
