【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대경대학교(총장 이채영)가 ‘2023년 전문대학 글로벌현장학습 사업’에 선정됐다고 6일 밝혔다.
대학에 따르면 교육부와 한국전문대학교육협의회가 주관하는 전문대학 글로벌현장학습 사업은 국고와 대학의 지원으로 운영되며 전문대학 재학생을 대상으로 외국어 및 해외 우수 산업체에서 현장학습 수행을 통한 글로벌 역량 강화를 위해 마련되었다.
이번 사업 선정으로 프로그램에 참여하는 대경대학교 학생들은 다양한 교육을 받고 미국에서 16주간 산업체 현장실습하게 되는 등 해외 연수 기회를 제공 받을 예정이다.
대경대학교 이채영 총장은 “재학생들이 좋은 기회를 갖게 된 만큼 학생들의 글로벌 역량강화 및 양질의 해외 진출 기회를 확대하도록 지원을 아끼기 않겠다.” 고 말했다.
