【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 산학협력단(단장 황세진)이 (주)토니모리(대표 김승철)와 협약을 맺고 전문 인재 양성을 위해 나선다고 3일 밝혔다.

지난달 26일 토니모리 본사에서 체결된 이번 협약은 화장품 산업의 활성화와 뷰티 제품 연구 개발 및 수요맞춤형 인재 양성을 위해 추진된 것으로 이날 협약식에는 대구한의대학교 황세진 산학협력단장을 비롯한 대학 관계자와 (주)토니모리  김승철 대표 외 관계자가 참석한 가운데 진행되었다.

협약의 주요내용은 ▶상호 공동 프로젝트, 연구개발, 기술지도 협력 ▶상호 시설, 장비 및 기자재 활용을 통한 개발제품의 산업화 추진 ▶대구한의대학교 산업수요 맞춤형 교육프로그램 운영 지원 ▶대구한의대학교 학생들의 실습 및 현장교육 등 학생 취업 지원 ▶기타 산학협력 증진에 대한 적극적인 협력 및 지원 등이다.

특히 대구한의대학교에서는 (주)토니모리에 수요에 맞춰 인재를 양성하고 (주)토니모리는 이를 이수한 화장품 관련 학부(과) 졸업생이 입사지원 할 경우 우대한다는 내용을 협약 내용에 포함 시켜 관련 학부(과) 재학생들 취업의 돌파구를 마련했다.

황세진 산학협력단장 “이번 협약으로 우리 대학이 보유하고 있는 산학협력 인프라와 정보를 활용하여, K-뷰티산업이 지속적으로 글로벌 시장을 선도할 수 있게 화장품산업ICC를 통하여 성장지원하고, 기업의 수요를 반영한 맞춤형 인재를 양성하여 지역사회가 발전할 수 있도록 다양한 분야의 산학협력을 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
