【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구가톨릭대(총장 성한기)가 (사)대한증모가모협회(이사장 박경희)와 학술교류를 위한 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

양 기관은 지난 12일 대구가톨릭대 평생교육원에서 뷰티산업 발전을 위한 협약식을 개최했다.

대학에 따르면 이날 협약은 ▶미용기술과 경영서비스에 관한 K-뷰티 전문가 양성과정 운영 ▶평생교육 사업을 위한 교육과정 공동 개발 운영 ▶인적·물적 자원의 활용 및 교류 ▶미용 교육 실습 및 직무 교육 ▶산학협력에 의한 K-뷰티 공동 연구 및 관련 사업 공동 기획 및 수행 등을 주요골자로 한다.

이번 협약으로 대구가톨릭대 평생교육원이 개설한 미용·경영학전공 학점은행제 과정을 이수할 경우 2년제 교육부장관 명의의 미용전공 전문학사학위와 미용사종합면허를 취득할 수 있게 됐다.

이에 따라 내년부터는 대구가톨릭대 총장 명의의 경영학전공 3학년 편입생도 모집할 계획이다. 

금용필 대구가톨릭대 평생교육원장은 “K-뷰티가 세계적으로 주목을 받고 있는 가운데 이번 협약이 체결되어 의미가 크다. 앞으로도 산학협력을 통해 뷰티코디네이트학과, 미용·경영학전공 과정을 더욱 발전시켜 미용분야 전문인력 양성에 기여하겠다.”고 말했다.

Accordingly, starting next year, it plans to recruit third-year transfer students majoring in business administration under the name of the president of Daegu Catholic University.

Geum Yong-pil, director of the Daegu Catholic University Lifelong Education Center, said, “It is significant that this agreement was signed while K-beauty is receiving worldwide attention. In the future, through industry-university cooperation, we will further develop the Department of Beauty Coordination and the Department of Beauty and Business Administration to contribute to the cultivation of professionals in the field of beauty.”
