【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구가톨릭대(총장 성한기)가 ‘2023 박물관 길 위의 인문학’ 사업에 선정되었다고 6일 밝혔다.
대학에 따르면 이 사업은 문화체육관광부가 주최하고 (사)한국박물관협회가 주관하는 ‘박물관 길 위의 인문학’ 사업은 인문정신문화의 사회적 확산을 위해 박물관을 거점으로 인문학 프로그램을 개발해 운영하는 사업이다.
2019년, 2020년, 2021년에 이어 2023년 사업에 선정된 대구가톨릭대 박물관은 오는 5월부터 11월까지 ‘길상(吉祥)-염원을 새기다’를 주제로 총 30회의 프로그램을 운영한다.
이에 따라 ‘길상(吉祥) - 복음 비는 마음’을 주제로 기획전시를 진행할 예정이며 자수귀주머니, 능화판, 화조도 8폭 병풍 등 박물관이 소장하고 있는 유물을 활용해 고서, 달력, 컵, 접시, 복주머니 만들기와 같은 체험 프로그램도 진행된다.
조수정 대구가톨릭대 박물관장(역사교육과 교수)은 “대학 구성원과 지역민들이 함께 공유하는 박물관을 만들고자 다양한 노력을 기울여온 성과가 사업 선정으로 이어졌다. 앞으로도 지역문화를 활성화하고 지역민들에게 수준 높은 프로그램을 제공할 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
