【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구가톨릭대(총장 성한기)가 ‘2024 대구경북 디지털배움터 교육’을 운영하고 있다고 21일 밝혔다.

 ‘2024 대구경북 디지털배움터 교육’은 시·도민들이 디지털 환경에서 필요한 역량을 키우고, 고령층 등 디지털 취약계층이 쉽게 디지털 교육을 받을 수 있도록 마련됐다.

지난 7월 개소한 디지털배움터에서는 상설배움터, 체험존, 에듀버스, 파견교육 등 다양한 교육 프로그램을 운영한다.

대구에 2곳, 경북에 3곳이 운영 중인 상설배움터는 금융 피싱 예방, 본인 및 공공인증, 온라인콘텐츠 제작 등 실생활에 유용한 디지털 교육을 받을 수 있다.

체험존에서는 키오스크, 멀티테이블, 디지털 혈압측정기 등을 통해 건강과 여가, 실생활에 필요한 디지털 기기를 체험할 수 있다.

디지털 교육 접근성을 높이기 위해 운영되는 차량 에듀버스는 대구와 경북 지역에 총 3대가 운영 중이다. 경북의 넓은 면적과 고령화 특성을 고려해 홀로 어르신 등을 대상으로 디지털 기초 교육을 집중적으로 제공할 계획이다.

가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 파견교육은 교육 수요가 있는 기관이나 단체에 강사를 파견하는 프로그램으로 3인 이상이 수강할 수 있는 단체라면 신청이 가능하다.

대구가톨릭대 윤협상 산학협력단장은 “디지털배움터 교육을 통해 대구경북 지역민 누구나 디지털 혜택을 누리게 해 디지털 평등을 실현하는데 지역사회 역할에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.

The digital learning center, which opened in July, operates various educational programs such as permanent learning centers, experience zones, Edubus, and dispatched education.

The permanent learning centers, which are operated in two locations in Daegu and three locations in Gyeongbuk, provide practical digital education on financial phishing prevention, personal and public certification, and online content creation.

In the experience zone, you can experience digital devices necessary for health, leisure, and real life through kiosks, multi-tables, and digital blood pressure monitors.

A total of three Edubus vehicles are operating in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions to increase accessibility to digital education. Considering the large area and aging characteristics of Gyeongbuk, we plan to intensively provide basic digital education to senior citizens living alone.

The largest portion of dispatched education is a program that dispatches instructors to institutions or organizations in need of education, and groups of three or more can apply.

Daegu Catholic University Industry-Academic Cooperation Director Yoon Hyeop-sang said, “We will do our best to play a role in the local community by realizing digital equality by allowing all residents of Daegu and Gyeongbuk to enjoy digital benefits through digital learning center education.”
