그러더니 출발 후 30여분 지난 시점에서 휴대전화를보면서 읽듯이 갑자기 행선지를 경북 안동시 소재 00교회로 바꿨다. 그후에도그 승객 A씨는 계속해서 휴대전화를 확인하느라 잠시도 가만히 있질 못했다.

A씨의 이러한 부자연스러운 언행을 수상하게 여긴 택시기사 김상오씨(62세, 이하 ‘B씨’)는 도착해서 승객이 내린 후에도 마치 잠복중인 경찰관처럼 룸미러를통해 승객 A씨의 행동을 유심히 살폈다. A씨는 도착장소인 00교회를휴대전화카메라로 찍어 전송하는 듯 하더니 대로변에서 두리번거리며 누군가를 기다렸다.
