이번 신고기간은 전화금융사기 총책ㆍ중간관리책 등 범죄조직의 상선부터 현금 수거책ㆍ중계기 관리책 등 하부조직원까지 전체를 대상으로 하며 범인들에게는 기회를 주고 국민께는 신고를 활성화하여 범죄에 대한 경각심을 높이는데 목적이 있다.
