지난해 총 119신고는 전년 동기간 대비 6.6% 증가한 가운데 화재신고는 51.5%, 구조신고는 1.3%, 구급신고는 15.1%, 구급상담은 26.3% 각각 증가한 것으로 나타났다.
특히 전년도에 비해 맑고 건조한 날씨 영향으로 산불 등 야외 화재 신고가 크게 증가했고 코로나19와 거리두기 해제 등으로 구조·구급 수요가 증가한 것으로 분석됐다.
유형별로 살펴보면 현장출동 관련 신고 중에서는 구급이 145,283건(71.4%)으로 가장 많았고, 구조 28,102건(13.8%), 화재 11,719건(5.8%)이 뒤를 이었다.
비출동 관련 신고는 병원·약국, 응급처치 안내 등 각종 구급상담 안내 전화가 97,809건(30.1%), 민원안내 73,408건(22.6%), 타 기관 이첩 5,037건(1.6%) 순으로 나타났다.
서동진 대구소방안전본부 119종합상황실장은 “119신고접수 현황 통계를 면밀히 분석해 효율적인 상황관리와 현장대응에 활용하겠다”고 밝혔다.
