【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구 서구 중리동의 한 LPG충전소에서 폭발로 인한 화재가 발생해 중상 포함 8명의 부상자가 발생했다.

지난 16일 대구소방안전본부 등에 따르면 이날 오후 5시29분쯤 서구 중리동 LPG 가스충전소에서 불이 났다는 신고가 접수됐다.

이 불로 충전소 관계자 6명과 손님 2명 등 8명이 부상을 입고 인근 병원으로 옮겨졌으며 중상자는 팔과 다리 등에 2~3도 화상을 입은 것으로 알려진다. 

경찰은 충전소 내부에 누출된 가스가 화기와 접촉하면서 폭발이 일어났거나, 관련 장치·장비 이상 등으로 화재가 생겼을 가능성 등을 조사하고 있으며 17일 소방 등 관련 기관과 함께 현장 정밀 감식을 진행할 계획이다.

한편 대구시는 LP가스 충전소에 대한 전수조사 및 긴급 안전점검을 실시하기로 했다.
