'아빠·엄마 어디가?' 프로그램은 포항제철소가 일과 삶이 균형을 이루는 행복한 직장을 만들기 위해 진행하는  ‘같이’의 가치 시리즈의 일환이다.

포항제철소는 ‘같이의 가치’ 시리즈를 통해 슈카월드, 오은영 등 유명 명사를 초청해 임직원들을 대상으로 강연을 개최했으며, 지난 5월엔 1차수 '아빠·엄마 어디가?' 글램핑 프로그램을 진행한 바 있다.

총 2차수에 거쳐 30가족, 90명의 인원이 참여한 이번 '아빠·엄마 어디가?' 프로그램은 포항제철소 직원과 자녀가 함께 글램핑장에서 시간을 보내며 소중한 추억을 만들고, 배우자에겐 꿀맛 같은 휴식을 제공해 직원과 가족들로부터 큰 호응을 받았다.

특히, 포항제철소는 1박 2일 동안 다채로운 프로그램도 함께 준비해 직원 가족들에게 재미와 감동을 동시에 전달했다는 후문이다. 포항제철소는 △건강 더하기, △행복 곱하기, △마음 나누기 등의 테마로 프로그램을 기획해 다양한 연령대의 가족들이 더 알차게 행사를 즐길 수 있도록 했다.

이번 프로그램에 참여한 포항제철소 냉연부 이동형 대리는 “회사에서 좋은 프로그램을 준비해 준 덕분에 아이들과 1박2일이라는 시간 동안 잊지 못할 소중한 추억을 쌓을 수 있었다” 며 “즐거운 액티비티 활동도 함께하고 진솔한 대화도 나누면서 자녀에 대해 더 깊이 알아갈 수 있었던 시간이었다”고 말했다.

한편, 포항제철소는 일과 삶이 균형을 이루는 행복한 일터 구현을 위해 다양한 복지 프로그램을 지속 운영할 계획이다. 6월부터 9월엔 ‘같이’의 가치 동료편 프로그램인 ‘마인드 브릿지 워크숍’을 총 5차수에 거쳐 진행하며, 구성원 간 화합하고 소통하는 포항제철소만의 협업 문화 확산을 위해 노력할 방침이다.
