이번 평가는 △대학일자리플러스센터 △재학생 맞춤형 고용서비스 △졸업생 특화 프로그램 등 총 3개 사업을 대상으로 종합적으로 진행됐다. 동국대 WISE캠퍼스 대학일자리플러스센터는 재학생과 졸업생은 물론 지역 청년까지 아우르는 맞춤형 진로·취업 지원 체계를 안정적으로 구축·운영한 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다.

특히 상담의 질 관리 체계를 체계적으로 구축해 상담 실효성을 극대화하고, 수요조사와 만족도조사를 기반으로 한 엄격한 환류체계를 통해 진로·취업 프로그램의 질적 고도화를 이룬 점이 우수 사례로 꼽혔다. 이와 함께 학과와의 협력을 강화해 대학 전반에서 진로·취업 지원이 유기적으로 이뤄지고 있다는 점도 긍정적으로 평가됐다.

또한 지역 유관 기관 및 지역 기업과의 협업을 통해 지·산·학이 함께 참여하는 청년 고용 지원 모델을 안정적으로 정착시킨 점 역시 이번 평가에서 좋은 점수를 받았다.

아울러 대학일자리플러스센터 사업을 담당하고 있는 최원정 과장은 이러한 사업 운영 내실화에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 지난 15일 고용노동부 장관 명의의 고용노동행정 유공표창을 수상하는 성과를 거뒀다.

하성 동국대 WISE캠퍼스 대학일자리플러스센터장은 “이번 연차성과 평가 우수 등급 획득은 체계적인 사업 운영과 구성원들의 지속적인 노력이 만들어낸 결과”라며 “앞으로도 학생과 지역 청년의 취업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 실효성 높은 진로·취업 지원 서비스를 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
