【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스(총장 류완하) 대학일자리플러스센터는 지난 24일 오후 5시 교내 원효관에서 대학일자리플러스센터 프로그램과 정부 청년고용정책 홍보를 위한 ‘2026년 취업서포터즈 발대식’을 개최했다.

이번 서포터즈는 서류전형과 면접을 거쳐 최종 선발된 재학생 6명으로 구성됐다. 발대식에서는 위촉장 수여와 함께 활동 선서문 낭독이 진행됐으며, 대학일자리플러스센터 주요 사업과 향후 수행할 홍보 미션에 대한 오리엔테이션이 이어졌다.

서포터즈는 오는 4월부터 12월까지 방학기간을 제외한 약 7개월간 활동하며, △진로·취업 지원 프로그램 홍보 콘텐츠(카드뉴스, 숏폼 등) 기획·제작 △프로그램 모니터링 및 피드백 △정부 청년고용정책 홍보 등의 역할을 수행한다. 특히 프로그램을 직접 체험하고 이를 확산하는 과정에서 참여 학생들의 진로 설계와 취업 역량 강화도 기대된다.

발대식에 참석한 이종훈(정보경영학전공 4학년) 학생은 “서포터즈로서 다양한 프로그램을 학우들에게 알리는 가교 역할을 맡게 되어 의미가 크다”며 “단순 홍보를 넘어 대학의 진로·취업 인프라를 경험하며 스스로 성장하는 계기로 삼겠다”고 말했다.

하성 대학일자리플러스센터장은 “서포터즈들이 학생 눈높이에 맞는 콘텐츠를 직접 제작하며 진로에 대한 이해를 넓히길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 학생 수요를 반영한 참여형 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해 청년고용정책이 학생들의 일상에 자연스럽게 자리잡을 수 있도록 하겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스는 고용노동부 주관 대학일자리플러스센터 사업을 비롯해 재학생 맞춤형 고용서비스, 졸업생 특화 프로그램 등에 선정돼 운영 중이며, 이를 통해 재학생과 졸업생, 지역 청년을 대상으로 일대일 상담과 비교과 프로그램, 취업 연계 서비스 등 맞춤형 고용 지원을 제공하고 있다.

Dongguk University WISE Campus Holds Inauguration Ceremony for 2026 Employment Supporters

The University Job Plus Center at Dongguk University WISE Campus (President Ryu Wan-ha) held the "2026 Employment Supporters Inauguration Ceremony" at Wonhyo Hall on campus at 5 p.m. on the 24th to promote the Center's programs and government youth employment policies.

The supporters consist of six current students who were finally selected through document screening and interviews. The supporters will be active for approximately seven months, excluding vacation periods, from this coming April to December. Their roles will include planning and producing promotional content (card news, short-form videos, etc.) for career and employment support programs, monitoring and providing feedback on programs, and promoting government youth employment policies. In particular, the process of directly experiencing the programs and spreading awareness is expected to enhance the career planning and employment capabilities of participating students.

Ha Seong, Director of the University Job Plus Center, stated, “I hope the supporters will broaden their understanding of career paths by directly creating content tailored to the students’ perspectives,” and added, “We will continue to operate participatory programs that reflect student demand so that youth employment policies can naturally become a part of students’ daily lives.”

Meanwhile, Dongguk University WISE Campus has been selected to operate the University Job Plus Center project organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, as well as customized employment services for current students and specialized programs for graduates. Through these initiatives, the campus provides customized employment support to current students, graduates, and local youth, including one-on-one counseling, extracurricular programs, and job placement services.
