【브레이크뉴스 영덕】박영재 기자=영덕군이 지역 자원을 활용한 창업자를 발굴·육성하기 위해 ‘신활력 어촌정착 지원사업’ 참여자를 이달 27일까지 온라인으로 모집한다.

이번 사업은 강구항 경제 플랫폼 구축을 목표로 추진 중인 ‘강구항 어촌신활력증진사업’의 창업 생태계 조성 프로그램인 ‘강구항 로컬 이노베이션사업’의 일환이다. 어촌 기반 지역 특화 창업을 체계적으로 지원해 지속 가능한 정착 모델을 구축하는 데 목적이 있다.

영덕군은 지난해 8월 창업자 발굴부터 육성, 글로벌 시장 진출, 투자 연계까지 전 과정을 지원하기 위해 (재)경북창조경제혁신센터에 사업을 위탁했으며, 전문기관의 운영 역량을 바탕으로 사업을 추진하고 있다.

지원 대상은 예비 창업자 또는 창업 3년 이내 초기 창업자로, 객관적인 평가 절차를 거쳐 최종 선정된다. 선정된 창업자에게는 최대 5,000만 원의 사업화 지원금과 함께 단계별 맞춤형 육성 프로그램이 제공된다.

육성 프로그램은 △오리엔테이션 및 역량 강화 교육 △창업 스케일업 교육 △우수기업 박람회 참가 지원 △판로 지원 프로그램 △선발팀 지역 정착 지원 △BM(비즈니스모델) 고도화 및 세부 사업 추진 지원 △시장 분석·재무계획·마케팅 전략 수립 지원 △전담 멘토 운영 등으로 구성된다. 이를 통해 사업화 초기 단계부터 지속 가능한 성장 기반 마련까지 전방위 지원이 이뤄질 예정이다.

Eligible applicants are aspiring entrepreneurs or early-stage entrepreneurs within three years of establishment. Final selection is made through an objective evaluation process. Selected entrepreneurs will receive up to 50 million won in commercialization support funds and a customized, step-by-step development program.

The development program includes orientation and capacity building training, startup scale-up training, support for participation in excellent company fairs, sales support programs, regional settlement support for selected teams, support for business model advancement and detailed business implementation, market analysis, financial planning, and marketing strategy development, and dedicated mentoring. This comprehensive support will ensure comprehensive support from the initial stages of commercialization to establishing a foundation for sustainable growth.
