대구시는 친절문화 확산을 위해 지난 2016년부터 친절택시기사를 선정하고 있다.
2022년 친절택시기사 선정을 위한 시민추천이 오는 11월 15일까지 진행 중이며 시는 이와 더불어 운수종사자의 친절마인드를 제고하는 데 도움이 될 수 있도록 친절택시기사 가이드를 제작·배부 한다.
친절택시기사 가이드는 친절택시 선정에 참여한 시민 의견 및 택시 관련 교통 불편 사례와 이에 대한 개선방안을 수록해 친절교육에 활용하는 등 운수종사자의 친절의식을 제고할 계획이다.
또 택시 관련 교통 불편 사례 및 이에 대한 처분사항, 택시 쉼터 정보, 운수종사자 교육사항 등 운수종사자에게 필요한 정보를 넣어서 이용에 편리를 기할 예정이다.
조경재 대구시 택시물류과장은 “시민에게 보다 쾌적하고 안전한 택시서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 대구시가 운수종사자의 친절의식 함양에 더욱 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
