‘2026 달라지는 제도’는 시민 생활과 밀접한 22개 제도를 교통, 경제·생활, 문화·복지, 출산·보육 등 4개 분야로 구분해 알기 쉽게 정리했다.

교통 분야에서는 오는 9월 1일부터 범안로 통행료가 전면 폐지된다. 2002년 민간투자사업으로 개통돼 소형차 기준 삼덕·고모 요금소에서 각각 300원이 부과돼 왔으나, 유료 운영기간이 2026년 8월 31일 종료됨에 따라 무료로 전환된다. 이를 통해 시민들의 교통비 부담이 크게 줄어들 것으로 기대된다.
