이 중 투자사업 기준으로는 역대 최대 규모인 4조3,811억 원이 반영되며, 대구의 산업·문화·복지·안전 등 전 분야 도약을 위한 기반이 마련됐다.
이번 국비 확보 과정에서 대구시는 ▲취수원 이전(25억 원) ▲제조AI데이터 밸류체인 구축(10억 원) ▲동대구벤처밸리 AI 테크포트 구축(30억 원) ▲산업 AX혁신허브 구축(10억 원) ▲안경산업 육성(17억 원) 등 정부 예산안에 미반영되거나 일부만 반영된 사업을 여야 정치권과 협력을 통해 증액하는 성과를 냈다.
