김 권한대행은 25일 시청 동인청사에서 열린 확대간부회의에서 “정부가 25조 원 규모 추경을 추진하는 만큼, 대구시도 수출기업 지원과 민생경제, 에너지 전략 등 분야별 대응 추경을 검토하고 필요 시 원포인트 추경도 추진하라”고 밝혔다.

에너지 정책과 관련해서는 공공부문 에너지 절감을 위한 청사 효율화 대책 수립과 함께 승용차 5부제 준수를 강조했다. 그는 “민간단체와 협력해 시민 자율 참여 분위기를 확산시키고, 대중교통 이용 활성화를 위한 캠페인을 통해 이를 생활문화로 정착시켜야 한다”고 말했다.

지역경제 활성화 방안도 언급했다. 김 권한대행은 “선거를 이유로 축제와 행사가 과도하게 취소·연기되지 않도록 해야 한다”며 “필요한 행사는 정상 추진해 골목상권 활성화에 기여해야 한다”고 강조했다.

산불 예방과 관련해서는 건조주의보 발령 상황을 고려해 취약지역 순찰 강화와 농가 부산물 소각 금지를 위한 수거 체계 구축을 당부했다.

복지 분야에서는 오는 27일 시행되는 통합돌봄 제도를 언급하며 “시민 대부분이 직·간접적으로 대상이 되는 정책인 만큼 적극적인 홍보와 현장 대응 준비가 필요하다”고 밝혔다.

또한 하천·계곡 정비와 관련해 불시 점검과 시민 신고 활성화 등 실효성 있는 관리 방안을 마련할 것을 주문했으며, 선거철 불법 현수막 정비와 공직자 정치적 중립 의무 준수도 강조했다.
