【브레이크뉴스 예천】이성현 기자=예천군(군수 김학동)은 국토교통부의 ‘스마트시티 솔루션 확산사업’공모에 최종 선정돼 국비 20억 원을 확보했다고 17일 밝혔다.
예천군에 따르면 스마트시티 솔루션은 도시문제를 주민과 함께 발굴하고 효과성이 검증된스마트 솔루션을 전국적으로 골고루 보급해 스마트시티 서비스를 체감할수 있도록 하는 사업으로 이번 선정으로 예천군은 국비포함 총사업비 40억 원을 확보했다.
예천군은 사업비 확보를 위해 사활을 걸고 경북도립대학교와 스마트기술 업무협약을 체결하고 사전에 사업 주요 대상 지역인 호명면 도청 신도시 주민들 의견 수렴을 위한 주민자치위원회를 대상으로 설명회를 개최하는 등 사업선정을 위해 노력한 결과 공모사업에 선정되는 쾌거를 거뒀다.
군은 이를 토대로 다른 지자체에서효과성이검증된 교통안전‧방범‧복지 솔루션과 예천 지역 여건에 적합한특화 솔루션을 적절히 조합해 주민들의 삶의 질을 개선하고 디지털 격차를 완화할 계획이다.
예천군의 특화 솔루션으로 수요응답형 전기버스, 스마트 전기자전거,스마트 버스 쉘터, 공유주차 및 전기차충전 등 스마트폴, 블랙아이스감지, 통합플랫폼 등이 적용된다.
김학동 예천군수는“체계적인 사업 추진으로 예천군을 젊고 살기 좋은 편리한도시로만들고 교통편의 극대화는 물론 데이터를 기반으로 한 수요 예측형 정책을 수립할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
