【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주) 대구·경북지방중소벤처기업청(청장 정기환, 이하 대경중기청)은 소비부진으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인들을위해서 올 한해 내수진작 및 경영안전을 지원할 수 있는 다양한 정책을 펼칠 계획이라고 23일 밝혔다.

대경중기청에 따르면첫째, 소상공인 정책자금은 전국적으로 3조 7,700억원을 공급하고, 대구‧경북지역 소상공인들에게는 약 4,200억원을 지원할 예정이다. 자금은 융자 방식으로 공급한다. 올해 신설된 상생성장지원자금은 온라인플랫폼을 활용하여 성장을 도모하는 소상공인을 위해 전국적으로 1,000억원 규모로 지원한다.

정책자금은 소상공인 정책자금 누리집(ols.semas.or.kr)에서 신청을 받고있다. 대리대출은 1월 2일 시작하여 매 분기 첫째 주에 신청할 수 있고, 직접대출은 1월 6일 시작하여 매월 첫째 주에 신청할 수 있다. 정책자금과관련하여 궁금한 사항은 소상공인 정책자금 누리집(ols.semas.or.kr) 혹은 대표전화 국번없이 1357을 통해 안내받을 수 있다.

둘째, 전통시장에 대한 정부지원은 새해에도 계속된다. 올해, 문화관광형시장 5개소(하양공설, 포항대해불빛, 경주성동, 경주황남상가, 영천공설), 첫걸음기반조성시장 4개소(군위전통, 성주, 영주풍기토종인삼, 안동서부), 디지털전통시장 2개소(문경전통, 포항구룡포)를 대구‧경북에 신규 지원한다.

마케팅, 상인교육, 매니저 등을 지원하는 시장경영패키지지원사업에도 올해 대구 29개, 경북 32개 전통시장을 지원한다. 또한 안전한 전통시장을만들기 위해 노후전선정비, 화재알림시설설치 등을 시행하는 안전관리패키지사업을 대구‧경북의 8개 전통시장에 지원한다.

특히, 올해 신규사업으로 추진하는 백년시장은 3년간 최대 40억원을 지원하는 사업으로 올해 전국에서 최대 3개소를 지정할 예정이다. ‘26년 전통시장 및 상점가 활성화 지원사업 공고는 올해 하반기에 있을 예정이다.

셋째, 올해 동행축제는 5월 2일(금) 전국 5개 지역에서 동시에 개최하는 개막식을 시작으로 5월, 9월, 12월에 개최한다. 이에 앞서 새 학기, 새 출발을 맞아 3월에는 ‘미리 온(ON)’ 동행축제를 온라인 중심으로 실시한다.

지역 축제와의 연계도 강화한다. 동행축제 기간 중 개최되는 대구, 경북지역 문화·예술·관광 행사와 연계를 확대하고 지방자치단체와 함께 온‧오프라인 채널을 통해 홍보하여 매출 향상을 지원할 계획이다.

마지막으로, 소상공인을 위한 스마트기술보급사업을 지원한다. 지난해대구·경북지역 경험형 스마트마켓 사업으로 11개 매장을 지원한 바 있다.

2025년에는 주문제작이 필요한 스마트기술 및 고가 로봇 관련 기술을 보급하는 스마트기술보급 사업을 통해 소상공인의 디지털 전환과 제조혁신을 지원한다. 지원규모는 전국 30개사이며, 점포당 공급가액의 70%(국비 최대 1천만원)까지 지원한다. 올해 3월부터 소상공인24 등을 통해 모집할 예정이다. 소상공인들이 지원사업을 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 대경중기청에서는 찾아가는 설명회를 5회에 걸쳐 개최한다.

정기환 대경중기청장은 “경제여건이 어려울수록 소상공인들이 더 큰 어려움에직면한다는 점을 감안하여, 대구‧경북지역 소상공인들이 어려움을 조기에 극복하고 지역경제가 활성화될 수 있도록 현장 중심으로 지원시책 추진에 만전을 기하겠다”고 밝혔다.

In 2025, we will support the digital transformation and manufacturing innovation of small business owners through the smart technology dissemination project that disseminates smart technologies that require custom manufacturing and high-priced robot-related technologies. The support scale is 30 companies nationwide, and up to 70% of the supply price per store (up to 10 million won in national funds) will be supported. We plan to recruit through Small Business 24, etc. starting in March of this year.
