원영준 청장은 서울대에서 제어계측공학 학사와 석사 학위를 취득하고 박사과정을 수료했으며, 제30회 기술고시에 합격하여 공직 생활을 시작했다.

중소벤처기업부에서 옴부즈만지원단장, 해외시장정책관, 성장지원정책관, 기술혁신정책관, 소상공인정책관 등 주요 보직을 두루 역임했다. 

원영준 청장은 “현장의 목소리에 늘 귀를 기울여 중소기업과 소상공인이 성장할 수 있는 환경을 조성하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

 Won Young-joon, former Small and Medium Enterprise Policy Officer at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, was inaugurated as the 25th head of the Daegu/Gyeongbuk Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration.
