【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구‧경북지방중소벤처기업청(청장 김한식)이 현장수요 맞춤형 방역물품 기술개발 사업에 참가할 중소기업을 모집한다.

대구·경북지방중소벤처기업청은 방역물품 기술개발 중소기업에 50개 과제를 지원한다고 밝히며 3월 10일부터 4월 16일까지 모집을 이어갈 계획을 전했다.

방역물품 기술개발 사업은 올해 새롭게 신설된 것으로, 중소벤처기업의 아이디어와 기술력을 통해 방역물품을 개발하여 국민 안전을 도모하는 동시에 기업이 성장하는 계기로 활용할 수 있도록 마련된 사업이다.

올해 상·하반기 두 차례 모집공고를 통해 ’품목지정형‘과 ’자유응모형‘ 두 가지 유형에 총 50개 과제를 선정하며, 최대 2년간, 6억원(연간 3억원 이내)을 지원할 계획이다. 

우선 품목지정형은 코로나19 의료현장에서 대응한 의료진 등을 대상으로 한 수요조사를 바탕으로 기술개발에 적합한 18개 품목을 최종 선정하였으며 자유응모형 과제는 참여 중소벤처기업이 다양한 아이디어와 시장의 혁신수요에 기반해 자유롭게 기술개발이 가능하다. 

특히 방역물품 개발 단계에서 사업화를 위한 규격 및 인증을 고려할 수 있도록 검증된 지원기관 풀(pool)을 제공하고 우수 기술개발(R&D) 성공 제품에 대해서는 관계부처와 협업해 사업화 연계지원을 추진한다. 

또한 코로나19 확산에 따라 어려움을 겪고 있는 기업부담을 덜고 기술개발에 전념할 수 있도록 민간부담금 비중(25 → 20%)과 현금부담 비중(40~60 → 10%)을 낮추고 기술개발과제 동시 수행 과제 수(3책 5공) 적용을 제외한다.

참여를 희망하는 방역물품·기기 분야 등에 기술혁신 역량을 보유한 중소벤처기업은 오는 4월 16일까지 '중소기업 기술개발 종합관리시스템'에서 온라인으로 신청하면 된다.

First, for the item designation type, 18 items suitable for technology development were finally selected based on a demand survey for medical staff who responded to the Corona 19 medical field, and the free application type project was conducted by participating small and medium-sized venture companies to innovate various ideas and markets. Technology development is possible freely based on demand.

In particular, it provides a pool of verified support organizations to consider standards and certifications for commercialization at the stage of development of quarantine products, and promotes commercialization linkage support in collaboration with relevant ministries for products with excellent R&D success.

In addition, in order to reduce the corporate burden that is suffering from the spread of Corona 19 and to focus on technology development, the proportion of private expenses (25 → 20%) and cash burden (40 ~ 60 → 10%) will be reduced, and technology development tasks will be simultaneously executed. Small and medium-sized venture companies with technological innovation capabilities in the field of quarantine products and devices that they wish to participate in can apply online through the'Small and Medium Business Technology Development Comprehensive Management System' by April 16th.
