【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구시는 설 연휴 기간 동안 시민들이 코로나19 진단 검사와 진료 및 처방을 신속하고 편리하게 받을 수 있도록‘설 연휴 비상 방역‧의료 대책’을 추진한다고 18일 밝혔다.

연휴 기간 코로나19 의심 증상이 있을 경우 진단 검사, 진료, 치료제 처방이 모두 가능한 원스톱 진료기관 294개소와 치료제 담당 약국 134개소가 운영된다.

고위험군 우선순위 대상자의 PCR 검사는 구·군 보건소 선별 진료소에서 받을 수 있으며, 운영 시간은 오전 10시 부터 오후5시 까지로 1시간 연장 운영한다.

원스톱 진료기관 및 먹는 치료제 담당 약국 명단은 대구시 홈페이지(설 연휴 유용한 생활정보), 120달구벌콜센터, E-Gen 홈페이지 등에서 확인할 수 있다.

재택 치료 환자에게는 개인별로 격리 안내 문자가 발송되며, 24시간 운영되는 8개 구·군 행정안내센터와 의료상담센터 1개소(대구의료원)에서 상황별 안내를 받을 수 있다.

 1인 가구 어르신들에게는 보건소에서 유선 건강 모니터링을 실시하며 응급대처 방안에 대한 안내도 함께 진행한다.

또 중증 환자의 입원치료를 위해 6개 의료기관에서 전담 병상을 운영하며, 자율 입원이 가능한 일반 병상도 운영된다. 

경미한 호흡기 증상이 있는 환자는 일반 의료기관에서 대면진료 및 필요시 자율 입원이 가능하고, 호흡기 증상 악화 시에는 119신고 또는 관할 보건소를 통해 대구시 병상 배정반에서 중증도별로 병상을 배정하여 입원 치료를 받을 수 있는 병상 배정 체계가 24시간 가동된다.

성웅경 대구시 시민안전실장은 “설 연휴 동안 가족·지인들과 모임이 잦아지는 만큼 60세 이상과 감염 취약시설 등 고위험군의 보호를 위해, 의심 증상 시 고향 방문을 자제하고, 마스크 쓰기와 손 씻기, 주기적 환기 등 방역수칙 준수를 다시 한번 당부드린다”고 밝혔다.
