【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) LINC3.0사업단이 일본에서 열리는 의료 메디컬 전시회 MEDICAL JAPAN 2023_OSAKA에 재학생을 파견했다고 25일 밝혔다.

지난 17일부터 20일까지 열린 MEDICAL JAPAN 2023_OSAKA에 대구한의대 헬스케어 분야 재학생 24명이 참가해 기업분석과 의료기기 시장조사를 진행했다.

세계 3대 의료기기 박람회 MEDICAL JAPAN 2023_OSAKA는 Hospital Expo, Clinics Expo, Pharmacy Solutions Expo, Elderly Care & Nursing Expo, Infection Prevention Expo 총 5개의 전문 전시회로 구성되어 진행된다.

이번 행사에는 의료 및 약학 산업기반 20여 개 국가, 500개 의료기기 업체가 참가하였으며 대구한의대에서 파견된 헬스케어 분야 재학생들은 박람회 현장을 둘러보면서 전시회에 참가한 기업 분석과 의료기기 시장조사를 진행하며 글로벌 취·창업 역량을 높였다.

프로그램에 참여한 한현서(물리치료학과 3학년)은 “이번 글로벌 프로그램에 참여하여 국내 의료기기 산업이 미래에 어떠한 잠재력을 가진 사업인지 잠재력과 발전 가능성을 알리기 위해 시장조사 및 영상 제작을 계획 중에 있다”고 소감을 밝혔다. 

재활의료공학과 김경 교수는 “ 헬스케어 특화분야 3개 학과 재학생들의 참여를 통해 앞으로 각 학과 간의 교류 활동 활성화를 기대하며 전공 기반 수업에서 더 나아가 학생들이 해외 박람회를 참관하며 현지 기업 분석 및 의료기기 시장조사를 진행함으로써 학생들의 전공 지식을 넓힐 수 있어 뜻깊은 경험이었다 ” 라고 소감을 밝혔다.
