【브레이크뉴스 칠곡】이성현 기자=경북과학대학교(총장 정은재)는 RISE 평생직업교육의 하나로 운영 중인 통합돌봄 전문가 2급 자격과정 수강생들이 최근 현장 체험 및 견학 프로그램을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

지난 10일 구미시 금오종합사회복지관에서 진행된 이번 프로그램에서 참여자들은 노인·장애인·아동 관련 기관의 기능과 서비스 연계 구조를 직접 살펴보고, 통합돌봄 현장의 실제 운영 과정을 경험했다. 이어 진행된 복지 현장실습 평가회에서는 통합돌봄 전문가로서 갖춰야 할 실천 역량과 직무 태도를 점검하는 시간도 마련됐다.

경북과학대 RISE사업단은 상담복지과, 사회복지과, 보건행정과 재학생 24명을 선발해 총 180시간의 통합돌봄 전문가 양성과정을 운영했으며, 이 가운데 23명이 자격증을 취득해 지역 돌봄 인력으로 활동할 준비를 마쳤다.

류혜원 경북과학대 RISE 평생직업교육팀장(상담복지과 교수)은 “이번 현장 중심 교육은 수강생들이 즉시 현장에서 통합돌봄 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 실무 능력과 현장 적응력을 높이는 데 중점을 두고 있다”며 “앞으로도 현장 실습과 자격과정을 연계한 평생직업교육 모델을 확대해 지역 맞춤형 돌봄 전문 인력을 지속적으로 양성해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Kyungpook National University's Integrated Care Specialist Training Program Strengthens Practical Skills Through Field Experience

Kyungpook National University (President Eun-jae Jeong) announced that students enrolled in the Level 2 Integrated Care Specialist Certification Program, part of the RISE Lifelong Career Education program, recently completed a field experience and field trip program.

The program, held on the 10th at the Geumoh Community Welfare Center in Gumi City, provided participants with firsthand insight into the functions and service linkages of organizations serving the elderly, disabled, and children, and experienced the actual operational processes of integrated care. A subsequent on-site welfare internship evaluation session provided time to assess the practical skills and work attitudes required of an integrated care specialist.

Kyungpook National University's RISE Project Team selected 24 students from the Counseling and Welfare Department, Social Welfare Department, and Health Administration Department to participate in the 180-hour Integrated Care Specialist Training Program. Twenty-three of these students received certification, preparing them for future roles as community care providers.

Hye-won Ryu, head of the RISE Lifelong Career Education Team at Kyungpook National University of Science and Technology (professor of Counseling and Welfare), said, “This field-oriented training focuses on improving practical skills and field adaptability so that trainees can immediately perform integrated care work in the field.” She added, “We will continue to expand the lifelong career education model that links field training and qualification courses to continuously cultivate customized care professionals for each region.”
