【브레이크뉴스 】이성현 기자=집합금지 행정명령에도 불구하고 몰래 영업을 강행한 홀덤펍이 대구시에 적발됐다.

대구시는 지난해 12월부터 지속되고 있는 코로나19의 확산세 가운데 구·군 공무원 및 경찰과 함께 합동점검반을 구성해 방역수칙 이행 여부에 대한 점검을 지속적으로 실시하고 있다.

이 가운데 지난 26일 대구시는 북구 공무원 및 강북서 경찰과 함께 한 점검에서 민원신고가 여러 번 있었던 홀덤펌(일반음식점) 1곳에 자정을 넘어 종업원 등 3명이 모여 있는 것을 적발해 해당 업소를 사법기관에 ‘감염병 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률’ 위반 혐의로 형사고발 할 예정이라고 밝혔다.

술을 마시며 카드게임을 하는 홀덤펍은 밀폐된 공간에 이용자들이 밀집하여 장시간 머무르는 영업 형태로 코로나19 방역에 취약한 시설로 꼽힌다.

김흥준 대구시 위생정책과장은 “사회적거리두기의 연장으로 집합금지 기간이 길어지면서 많은 자영업자들이 한계에 직면한 상황임을 이해한다”면서 “하지만 아직 코로나19 신규 확진자가 꾸준히 발생하고 있고, 모두가 어려운 형편에서 방역 수칙을 성실히 지키고 있는 다른 자영업자들과의 형평성을 위해 다중이용시설의 방역수칙 및 영업자 준수사항에 대한 점검을 계속해 나갈 예정이다”라고 말했다.
