대구시 코로나 19 예방접종 시행 추진단(단장 채홍호 대구시 행정부시장)은 4월부터 65세 이상 고령층에 대한 접종을 포함해 46만여 명에 대해 2분기 코로나19 백신 접종을 시작한다고 밝혔다.

같은 기간 경상북도 역시 65세 이상 고령층과 특수교육‧장애아보육 및 보건교사, 보건의료인, 사회필수인력 등 71만 6200여명을 대상으로 하는 코로나19 백신접종 계획을 발표했다. 다만, 이번 계획에서 접종되는 백신 대부분이 아스트라제네카인만큼, 세계적 움직임인 ‘혈전 의심 접종 중단’ 상황이 국내서도 이어질 경우엔 이번 계획역시 중단된다.

대구시는 2~3월에 코로나19 방역·치료 필수요원과 취약시설을 대상으로 접종을 시작했다.4월부터 시작되는 2분기에는 65세 이상 고령자, 집단감염과 중증위험이 높은 고위험군, 학교와 돌봄공간 및 보건의료인과 사회필수인력을 대상 접종이 시작되고 7월부터 일반 시민대상 접종이 본격적으로 시작될 것으로 전망된다. 

46만명은 주로 요양병원 및 요양시설 65세 이상 입원·입소자를 포함, 종사자 1만2천여명, 코로나19 취약시설 입소자 및 종사자 2만여 명, 65세 이상 어르신 38만7천여명, 학교 및 돌봄 공간 1만7천여명, 만성질환자(64세 이하) 5천2백여명, 보건의료인과 사회필수인력 등 2만 6천명 등이다. 

특히, 4월 첫째 주에는 75세 이상 어르신 16만 4천여명에 대해 지역별 읍면동에서 대상자 확인 및 동의 여부 등록 후 중구 접종센터에서 화이자 백신 접종이 시작된다. 이후 백신 공급 상황에 따라 순차적으로 확대될 예정이다.

일반 시민들은 백신 공급 상황에 따라 지역별 예방접종센터 8개소, 위탁의료기관 800여 개소에서 하반기 7월부터 접종을 할 수 있다.

“혈전 등 유동성이 많이 남아 있다. 그렇지만 중앙의 계획대로 진행된다면 상반기 중 경북 도민 가운데 71만 6천여명에 대한 백신 접종이 이뤄질 가능성이 높다” (경북도 관계자의 발언)

경상북도는 71만 6천 2백여명이 2분기 접종 대상이다.

접종대상은 65세 이상 고령층을 시작으로 특수교육‧장애아보육 및 보건교사, 보건의료인, 사회필수인력 등으로, 3월 4주부터 1분기에 백신 접종이 보류됐던 65세 이상 요양병원·시설 입소자 및 종사자 2만 6천8맥명에 대한 접종이 시작되며, 요양병원은 자체 접종하고 요양시설은 촉탁의 소속 의료기관 또는 보건소 방문 접종팀에서 실시한다.

4월부터는 거동 가능한 75세 이상 어르신과 노인시설 입소자 및 종사자 등 27만 7천9백여명을 대상으로 예방접종센터에서 화이자 백신을 접종한다. 

특히, 경북도는 예방접종센터의 원활한 접종 추진을 위해 읍면동 별 담당 공무원을 지정하고 사전등록부터 이동, 접종, 귀가, 접종 후 모니터링까지 책임지는 지원체계를 구축한다.

4월 중에는 특수교육 종사자, 보건교사, 어린이집 종사자, 장애인시설, 교정시설 등 종사자, 노인요양공동생활가정, 결핵 및 한센인 거주시설, 노숙인 시설 종사자 등 2만여 명은 위탁의료기관이나 보건소 접종팀에서 아스트라제네카 백신을 접종하고, 5월에는 65세 이상 74세 이하 어르신 30만 8천7백명을 대상으로 위탁의료기관에서 아스트라제네카 백신을 접종한다. 

강성조 코로나19 예방접종 시행 추진단장(경북도 행정부지사)은“2분기에는 65세이상 고령층에 대한 접종이 시작되는 만큼 안전한 접종이 되도록 사전 준비와 이상반응 대응에 더욱 철저를 기하겠다”며 “집단면역 형성으로 하루 속히 일상을 회복할 수 있도록 적극적인 예방접종 참여와 협조를 당부드린다”고 밝혔다.
