【브레이크뉴스 경북 】이성현 기자=경북도청 4층 부서에서 근무하는 직원이 코로나 확진자로 밝혀지면서 대혼란을 맞고  있는 가운데 25일 하루만 경북도내에서는 67명의 확진자가 발생했다.

25일 발표된 67명의 확진자는 2,3월 1차 대유행 이후 가장 많은 수치다. 특히, 확진자는 구미와 안동, 경산, 청송, 영주 등 도내 곳곳에서 나왔다. 지난 1차 때와는 확연히 다른 분포여서 경북도가 긴장하고 있다.

경북도에 따르면 이날 확진자는 구미에서 20명, 안동 12명, 경주 11명, 영주, 청송 각각 7명이 확진 판정을 받았고, 포항과 경산, 울진에서도 6명, 3명, 1명이 감염됐다. 이들 대부분은 자신이 다니는 교회와 신도들과의 접촉으로 확진된 것으로 조사됐다. 이처럼 경북에서는 최근 1주일간 300명, 일일 평균 43명꼴이 확진됐다. 4천981명은 현재 자가격리 중이다.

대구에서는 23명이 신규 확진되면서 20명대 벽이 깨지지 허물어지지 않고 있다. 언제든 확산 일로로 치달을 수 있는 수치다. 대구에서는 현재 256명이 격리 치료 중인 가운데 지역 내 4개 병원과 1개의 센터에 나뉘어 입원 치료를 받고 있다.

대구 역시 교회 확진자가 많다.  동구 소재 교회와 관련해 이날만 6명의 확진자가 추가로 나왔고, 달성군에 소재한 교회 관련해 5명과 해외 2명 등 7명이 발생했다. 그 밖에 남구 1명, 북구 4명, 수성구 3명, 달서구에서도 2명이 확진됐다.

대구경북, 연말 모임 여행 자제 잇따른 호소

지난 23일 경상북도와 경산시가 성탄 연휴와 연말연시 여행과 모임 등을 자제해 줄 것을 강력하게 호소한 데 이어 25일 20명의 확진자가 발생한 구미시도 대시민 호소문을 발표했다. 구미시는 “일 년 내내 어려움을 겪고 있을 자영업자와 소상공인들게 또다시 큰 걱정을 안겨드린 것 같아 송구하다”고 고개를 숙이고 “시민들의 자발적인 참여가 있어야만 일상으로 돌아갈 수 있다”고 강조했다.

이어 구미시는“연말연시 모임 및 행사를 취소 또는 연기하고, 집에 머물면서 손씻기와 마스크 착용 등 대인 방역수칙을 철저하게 지켜 달라”면서 “만약 방역지침을 위반하거나 행정명령을 이행하지 않을 경우 에는 방역 비용에 대한 구상권 청구 등 강력한 조치를 취하겠다”고 말했다.

구미시에 앞서 경산시도 현 상황을 매우 엄중한 상황으로 판단하고 “불필요한 모임·행사 금지와 방역지침 협조”를 당부했다. 경산시는 24일부터 1월 3일까지 긴급 방역대책 기간으로 정하고 수영장, 체육관, 여성회관, 문화회관, 어르신복지센터, 백천사회복지관, 경로당 등 공공시설을 지난 23일부터 운영 중단했다.

또, 지역 내 보건소의 보건진료·예방접종·건강증진 업무도 상황이 안정될 때까지 중단하는 한편, 요양병원, 요양원, 노인주간보호센터 등 복지시설 이용자 면회금지와 유치원, 어린이집을 포함한 종사자 등을 통한 외부감염 요인을 차단하기 위하여 선제검사 등 방역지침을 강화했다.
