DGB금융그룹(회장 김태오)은 코로나19로 힘든 생활을 이어가고 있는 지역 취약계층을 위해 그룹 패밀리봉사단 활동을 통해 남구종합사회복지관(관장 김현지)에 친환경 생필품 키트 110세트를 전달했다.

지난 3일 주말을 맞아 DGB금융그룹 임직원과 자녀로 구성된 DGB패밀리봉사단원 25가족 총50여명은 남구종합사회복지관 5층 강당과 2층 식당 등 거리두기를 통한 방역수칙을 준수해 키트 포장을 진행했다.

특히 이번 봉사활동을 통해 만들어지는 생필품 키트에는 세제, 휴지 등을 친환경 제품으로 구성하여 DGB임직원 뿐만 아니라 가족 모두가 참여하는 ESG경영 실천의 의미를 담았다는 점에서 눈길을 끈다.

400여만원 상당의 물품이 포함된 친환경 생필품 키트는 코로나19로 급식 등의 도움이 줄어들면서 힘든 일상생활을 이어가고 있는 지역 어르신 및 장애인 110가정에 제공되었으며, 패밀리봉사단이 제품 포장에 이어 배달까지 책임지며 따뜻한 마음을 전달했다.
