권 시장은 이날 대구지방법원 제1행정부의 청소년 방역패스와 60세 미만에 대한 식당·카페 방역패스 집행정지 결정을 언급하며 “현장과 지자체별로 혼란이 예상된다. 따라서 방역패스 실시여부에 대해 지자체에 자율성을 부여하는 권고사항으로 변경하는 것이 좋겠다. 또,  소송 대응에 관련해 중앙정부가 통일된 가이드라인을 마련해 줄 것”을 요구했다.
