이강덕 포항시장 후보는 제8회 전국동시지방선거 사전투표 첫날이 이날 오전 배우자와 함께사전투표를 하며 선거 일정을 시작했다.

사전투표를 마친 이강덕 후보는 “포항의 미래 현안에 대한 열망을 사전 투표로 말해 달라”며,“동해안 시대를 열 영일만대교 건설과 연구중심 의대 설립 등 간절한 포항의 꿈이 이뤄질 수 있도록 힘을 모아야하는 만큼 투표에 꼭 참여해 달라”고 호소했다.
