【브레이크뉴스 대구 】박은정 기자=대구시는 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 ‘K-스마트등대공장’ 공모에서  ㈜JVM, ㈜진양오일씰 2개 사가 신청해 모두 선정되는 성과를 이루었다고 31일 밝혔다.

케이(K)-스마트등대공장은 세계경제포럼(WEF)이 대기업 위주로 선정하는 글로벌 등대공장(Lighthouse Factory)을 벤치마킹한 중소·중견기업 중심의 선도형 지능형공장(스마트공장)으로 선정된 기업은 3년간 국비 최대 12억원을 지원받는다. 

㈜JVM은 대한민국 최초 약국 자동화기기 개발을 시작으로 환자의 ‘조제 대기시간’을 ‘복약 관리시간’으로 변화시켜 온 약품 조제 및 관리 자동화 솔루션 세계시장 점유율 1위 기업으로, ‘병원·약국 약포장 시스템 글로벌시장에서 최고를 위한 지능형 제조혁신시스템 구축’을 목표로 하고 있다. 

이번 사업으로 사물인터넷(IoT)을 통해 설비 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하는 클라우드형 해결책(솔루션)을 구축해, 제품의 이상 여부를 미리 감지하는 예지보전 및 즉각적인 사후관리 서비스 등 제조와 서비스 시장을 융합한 비즈니스 모델을 도입할 계획이다.

㈜진양오일씰은 성서5차산업단지에 위치한 전자제품 및 자동차 고무 씰(Seal) 전문 제조기업으로 글로벌 씰링 부품 시장 확대를 위한 제조 공정 및 제반 관리 시스템의 자동화 및 지능화를 사업 목표로 정했다. 

작년부터 사업 선정을 위해 한양대학교 AI(지능화) 솔루션센터와 멤버십 체결 등 철저한 사전 준비를 진행했으며, 향후 고무업종의 노동 의존형 제조 공정에 스마트 제조 기술을 적용해 작업 환경을 개선하고 빅데이터 기반 공정 조건을 최적화해 제조 경쟁력을 강화할 방침이다. 

대구시와 주관기관인 대구스마트제조혁신센터는 기업 선정을 위해 스마트공장 전문가를 통해 1, 2차 평가를 대비한 컨설팅과 함께 ISP 전략수립 등을 지원해왔고, 대구시는 올해 선정기업에 기업부담을 줄이기 위해 국비의 30%를 시비로 추가 지원할 계획이다.

정의관 대구시 경제국장은 “스마트공장은 제조업 디지털화 전환의 핵심이다”며, “선정된 기업들이 지역 제조업의 고도화 방향을 제시하고 지역의 스마트공장을 선도하는 벤치마킹 성공모델이 될 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
