올해부터 2026년까지 5년간 총 4,395억 원의 투융자 계획을 통해 대한민국의 농업의 디지털 혁신성장을 주도할 청년 농업인 5000명 육성이라는 목표를 세웠다.

이를 위해 ❶청년농 진입창구 확대 ❷안정정착 지원체계 강화 ❸디지털 핵심인재 양성 ❹농산업 청년일자리 창출 ❺소통과 참여기회 확대 등 5개 부문 20개 실천과제를 추진할 방침이다.
