【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구시와 한국토지주택공사는 25일부터 달성군 구지면 소재 대구국가산업단지 2단계 산업(제조)용지 14필지, 약 22만3천㎡ 분양에 나선다고 밝혔다.

이번에 공급하는 산업용지 규모는 총 14필지 222,937㎡로 신재생에너지 업종 2필지 99,378㎡, 기초산업 업종 12필지 123,559㎡이다.

이번 산업용지 입주신청은 오는 8월 8일부터 9일까지 한국토지주택공사 대구경북지역본부가 받는다.

대구시는 경영, 기술, 회계, 환경 등 각 분야별 전문가로 구성된 대구국가산업단지 입주기업평가 심사위원회에서 공정하고 객관인 심사과정을 거쳐 오는 8월 18일 발표할 예정이다. 

대구국가산업단지는 달성군 구지면 일원에 전체면적 855만9천㎡(산업용지 491만1천㎡)로 단계별로 조성해 1단계 사업은 2016년 12월 준공했다.

현재 약 140여 업체가 공장을 가동 중이며 2단계 사업은 2017년 11월에 기반시설공사를 착수해 2023년 말 준공 예정이다.

대구국가산업단지는 중부내륙고속도로 현풍IC와 연접, 대구도심과 연결하는 직선 4차선 도로가 있고, 대구산업선철도 개설 예정 등 교통 접근성이 뛰어나며, 테크노폴리스, 달성1·2차산업단지 등 인근에 핵심 부품 강소기업이 밀집해 기업 간 협력을 통한 시너지 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.

또 지역에 마지막 남은 대규모 첨단산업입지로서 구미의 IT, 창원의 기계산업, 대구 도심산단의 부품소재산업과 연계 및 융복합을 통해 미래 신성장산업을 선도하는 최적의 입지 여건을 갖추고 있다.

이종화 대구시 경제부시장은 “대구국가산업단지는 지역경제를 견인할 미래 성장동력으로서 일자리 창출과 지속성장이 가능한 유망기업을 유치해 미래 신산업을 이끌 동남권 산업벨트의 중심지로 자리매김할 수 있도록 조성해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
