【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구시는 재난이 발생할 위험이 높은 노후·위험시설 등 323개소에 대해 집중안전점검을 실시한다고 16일 밝혔다.

대구시는 재난발생 요인이 증가함에 따라 안전 위해요소 집중점검, 재난대응능력 제고를 위한 훈련, 캠페인 등 안전실천 활동을 국민과 함께 진행하는 ‘대한민국 안전大전환’의 일환으로 노후·위험시설 등에 대해 집중안전점검을 실시한다.

집중안전점검 대상시설은 중앙부처 선정기준에 따라 선정한 133개소와 우리 지역 실정을 감안해 자율적으로 선정한 190개소의 노후·위험시설 등을 포함해 총 323개소이다.

대상시설의 안전점검 실효성을 제고하기 위해, 민간전문가와 관리주체가 함께 참여하는 민관합동점검 실시로 점검의 내실화를 도모한다.

또 드론 등 첨단기술과 시설별 안전점검가이드를 활용해 수준 높은 점검이 되도록 할 예정이며 중점점검대상 시설에 포함되지 않은 다중이용시설 등 민간시설에 대해서도 관리주체가 자율적으로 점검할 수 있도록 시설별 안전점검가이드 등을 적극 지원할 계획이다.

집중안전점검의 원활한 추진을 위해 행정부시장을 단장으로 하는 ‘집중안전점검추진단’을 구성·운영하고, 특히 점검실명제로 시설물 관리자의 책임성을 강화하는 한편 점검 결과는 안전정보 통합공개시스템을 통해 시민에게 적극 공개할 예정이다.

또한 시민이 직접 위험요인을 신고하고 개선사항을 제안할 수 있는 안전신문고를 적극 홍보해 안전한 사회문화조성에 시민이 적극 참여하는 분위기를 조성할 계획이다. 

신고된 사항은 담당부서에 분류되어 현장점검을 통해 즉시 조치하고 결과는 신고자에게 통보할 계획이다.
