공공기관별 주요 경영혁신계획을 살펴보면 대구교통공사는 대중교통 서비스 플랫폼(MaaS)을 도입해 효율적인 대중교통 환승체계 구축으로 공공교통종합기관으로 거듭난다는 계획을 세웠다.

대구도시개발공사는 통합신공항 건설, 군부대 이전 등 대구미래 50년 역점시책 사업과 취약계층 주거복지사업에 방점을 두어 기관의 전문성과 공공성을 높이겠다는 계획이다.
