경상북도 민원행정 추진실적 평가는 행정안전부의 민원서비스 종합평가와 연계해 민원제도 및 민원서비스 개선실적 외 7개 항목을 평가하며 매년 실시된다.

영양군은 전국 최초로‘24시 AI(인공지능) 통화비서 서비스’운영, 국민 신문고 민원만족도 향상을 위한‘민원온도탑 설치’등 민원만족도 향상을 위해 타 시군과 차별되는 특수시책 추진에서 좋은 평가를 받았다.

아울러 민원실 내 큰 글씨 도서 비치, 군청사 주차유도선 및 장애인 도움벨 운영으로 사회적 배려대상자 민원서비스 제공에도 노력하고 있다.

오도창 영양군수는“앞으로도 적극적인 자세로 참신한 민원시책 개발에 꾸준히 노력하여 편리하고 신속한 민원시스템을 정착시키고 더불어 민원인과 공무원 모두가 행복한 민원실을 만들어 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
