이번 구·군 민원행정 종합평가는 맞춤형 민원서비스 구현을 위해 대구시가 매년 실시하는 평가다. 올해는 민원제도 운영과 민원처리 현황의 2개 분야 총 22개 지표로 평가했다.
수성구는 생활 속 주민 불편 해소를 위해 평생교육 플랫폼 ‘러닝톡’비대면 감면자격 확인서비스 온라인시스템 구축, 민원처리 준수율, 민원처리 단축률 등 17개 지표에서 높은 점수를 받았다.
또 주민들의 권리 구제를 위한 법률·세무·부동산·행정 분야 무료상담실 운영, 법인용 무인민원발급기 설치·운영 등 다양한 주민 편의시책을 발굴해 적극 추진하고 있다.
김대권 수성구청장은 “높아지고 있는 주민들의 요구와 기대에 부응하기 위해 다양한 민원행정 서비스를 제공하고, 각종 민원시책을 지속적으로 발굴하여 민원서비스 만족도 제고를 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
