【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자=대구시는 경력단절 및 미취업 여성을 위한 찾아가는 취업상담 서비스 ‘굿잡(Good Job)버스&카페’를 오는 20일 카페 프랑제리 칠곡홈플러스점(북구 동천동)에서 운영한다고 16일 밝혔다.

찾아가는 여성일자리 굿잡(Good Job) 버스&카페’는 지난 2016년부터 시작하여 총 100회 운영, 현장면접(간접채용 포함)2,064명 중에 1,425명이 취업에 성공했다. 

올해 첫 행사는 북구 프랑제리 카페(칠곡 홈플러스점)에서 진행되며 여성친화 직종으로 분류된 8개 기업체가 참여하여 32명의 여성을 채용할 예정이다.

이날 행사는 현장면접 후 바로 채용하는 직접채용(2개 업체 16명)과 구직자를 해당 기업에 추천하는 간접채용(6개 업체 16명)으로 나누어 진행하며, 채용 모집 직종은 물류사원, 조리원, 경리사무원, 매장계산원, 매장진열원, 간호조무사, 학원강사, 요양보호사 등이다. 

또 개인의 경력, 연령, 경력단절기간 등을 고려한 1:1 맞춤형 취업상담, 구인·구직정보, 여성유망직종 직업훈련과정 안내, 심리상담 등 다양한 취업지원 서비스를 무료로 제공한다. 

당일 현장 방문이 어렵다면 대구여성새로일하기센터로 문의하면 경력, 연령, 희망직종 등을 고려한 맞춤형 직업상담과 취업 연계는 물론 취업 후 사후관리 서비스도 함께 받을 수 있다.

조경선 대구시 청년여성교육국장은 “굿잡(Good Job) 버스는 시·공간적 제약으로 소외되기 쉬운 구직자와 구인업체 지원을 위해, 유동인구가 많은 지역으로 직업상담사가 찾아가는 취업지원을 돕는 데 목적이 있다”며, “이번 행사가 취업을 희망하는 여성들에게 내 일을 찾는 기회가 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.

In addition, various employment support services are provided free of charge, such as 1:1 customized employment counseling considering individual career, age, and career interruption period, information on job openings and jobs, guidance on vocational training courses for promising occupations for women, and psychological counseling.

Jo Gyeong-seon, director of youth and women’s education at Daegu City, said, “The purpose of the Good Job bus is to help job counselors visit areas with a large floating population to support job seekers and companies that are likely to be marginalized due to time and space constraints.” He said, "I hope this event will be an opportunity for women who want to find a job."
