【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구시는 ‘굿잡(Good Job)카페’를 오는 24일 달서구에 위치한 카페 브릿지에서 운영한다고 밝혔다.

21일 대구시에 따르면 이번 행사는 대구여성새로일하기센터에서 주관하고 15개 기업체가 참여해 49명의 여성을 채용할 예정이다.

현장 면접 후 바로 채용하는 직접채용(3개 기업 26명)과 구직자를 해당 기업에 추천하는 간접채용 (12개 기업 23명)으로 진행된다.

이날 직·간접 여성일자리 구인 직종으로는 물류사원, 식품분야단순종사원, 경리사무원, 청소원, 제조단순종사원, 조리사, 품질관리사무원, 재봉사, 요양보호사, 사회복지사, 청소원이다. 

이번 행사에서는 구직자 개개인의 연령, 경력단절기간 등을 고려해 1:1 맞춤형 취업상담, 구인·구직정보제공, 직업훈련과정 안내, 심리상담 등 다양한 취업지원 서비스를 무료로 제공한다.

특히 지역 업체인 ‘카페 브릿지’의 장소 제공으로 구직자들이 보다 편안한 환경에서 구직활동에 참여할 수 있도록 지원하고, 구직등록 및 직업상담 등 취업을 희망하는 참여자를 대상으로 구직동기부여를 위한 음료 및 기념품을 제공한다.

당일 현장 방문이 어렵다면 대구여성새로일하기센터로 문의하면 경력, 연령, 희망직종 등을 고려한 맞춤형 직업상담과 취업 연계는 물론 취업 후 사후관리 서비스도 함께 받을 수 있다.

조경선 대구시 청년여성교육국장은 “찾아가는 취업상담 서비스 ‘굿잡버스’에 많은 여성들이 참여해 여성 유망 직종에 대한 정보도 얻고 여성친화 직종에 취업하길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
