【브레이크뉴스 경북 】이성현 기자=경상북도의회 박규탁 의원(국민의힘, 비례)은 지난 22일 여의도정책연구원에서 수여하는 ‘2023 대한민국 지방자치평가연계 의정정책대상’ 광역의회 부문 최우수상을 수상했다고 밝혔다.   

‘2023 대한민국 지방자치평가연계 의정정책대상’은 여의도정책연구원에서 주최하고 (사)한국기업기술가치평가협회 및 공익기구 모니터링코리아에서 평가를 진행한 상으로, 박 의원은 제12대 경상북도의회 문화환경위원회, 예산결산특별위원회, 의회운영위원회, 신공항이전지원특별위원회 위원으로 활동하는 등 다양하고 폭넓은 의정활동을 펼쳐왔다.

박 의원은 ‘경상북도 지역 축제 지원 조례 일부 개정 조례안’‘경상북도 산불피해수목 처리 지원에 관한 조례안’등 ‘경상북도 기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립·녹색성장 기본 조례안’과 ‘경상북도 산림부산물 활용 촉진에 관한 조례안’ 등 5건의 조례를 대표 발의한 데 이어 탄소중립 사회로의 이행과 녹색성장의 추진에 기여함은 물론, 산림자원의 이용을 원활히 하고 친환경에너지원으로의 전환을 용이하게 함으로써 지역경제 발전에도 힘쓰고 있다. 

또한, 정부의 정책 기조에 부응하는 정책 제안을 제시하는 등 다양한 의정활동을 펼치고 있는 것을 인정받음과 더불어 지방자치의정 발전과 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 노력한 공로가 높게 평가됐다.
