경북테크노파크는 ▲2025년 반부패·청렴 실천 결의대회 ▲청렴달력 제작·배포 ▲청렴경북이음 협의체 운영 ▲부패방지경영시스템(ISO37001) 인증 갱신 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 청렴 의식을 확산시키고 있다.

특히 경북문화관광공사, 경북개발공사와 함께 구성한 ‘청렴경북이음’ 협의체를 통해 고위직 갑질 방지 체크리스트 운영, 청렴·인권도서 캠페인, 인권영화 관람 및 토론, 하회마을 청백리 정신 탐방 등 실질적이고 지속적인 협력활동을 추진해왔다.

하인성 원장은 지난 ‘2025년 반부패·청렴 실천 결의대회’ 신년사에서 “전 임직원이 신뢰받는 조직문화 형성을 위해 청렴 실천의지를 다졌다”며 소통 중심의 청렴 경영을 강조했다.

경북테크노파크는 임직원의 창의적 아이디어를 반영한 ‘청렴 다짐 메시지’와 함께 청탁금지법 및 공익신고 관련 법령을 담은 청렴 달력을 제작·배포했으며, 입주 고객사에도 배포해 내·외부 고객이 함께하는 청렴 문화 정착에 힘쓰고 있다.

또한, ISO37001 부패방지경영시스템 인증을 2019년 이후 세 차례 연속 갱신하며 내부 청렴 시스템을 정비하고, 반부패 활동 프로세스를 지속적으로 개선해왔다.

이러한 노력에 힘입어 경북테크노파크는 경북도 산하 출자·출연기관 종합청렴도 평가에서 3년 연속 ‘2등급’이라는 우수한 성적을 기록하며 청렴 선도기관으로서의 위상을 굳혔다.

하인성 원장은 “3년 연속 청렴도 우수 등급 달성은 임직원 모두의 실천과 공감 덕분”이라며 “조직 통합으로 기능이 확대된 만큼, 앞으로도 모두가 함께 만드는 청렴 생태계를 구축해 지역사회에 더욱 신뢰받는 기관이 되겠다”고 밝혔다.

In his New Year’s speech at the ‘2025 Anti-Corruption and Integrity Practice Resolution Conference’, Director Ha In-seong emphasized communication-centered integrity management, saying, “All executives and employees have strengthened their commitment to integrity in order to create a trustworthy organizational culture.”

Gyeongbuk Technopark produced and distributed an integrity calendar containing the ‘Integrity Pledge Message’ reflecting the creative ideas of executives and employees, along with the Anti-Corruption Act and laws related to public interest reporting, and is also distributing it to its tenant companies to establish a culture of integrity that internal and external customers can participate in.

In addition, it has renewed its ISO37001 Anti-Corruption Management System certification three times in a row since 2019, reorganizing its internal integrity system, and continuously improving its anti-corruption activity process.

Thanks to these efforts, Gyeongbuk Technopark has solidified its status as a leading integrity organization by recording an excellent score of ‘Grade 2’ for three consecutive years in the Comprehensive Integrity Evaluation of Gyeongbuk Province-affiliated and -funded organizations.

President Ha In-seong said, “Achieving the Excellent Integrity Grade for three consecutive years is thanks to the practice and empathy of all executives and employees,” and added, “As our functions have expanded through organizational integration, we will continue to build an integrity ecosystem that everyone creates together to become an organization that is more trustworthy in the local community.”
