경북지역 성장사다리 지원사업은 도내 유망 중소기업을 성장 단계별로 구분해 체계적으로 육성·지원하는 사업이다. 올해는 ▲잠재기업 지원사업 27개사 ▲예비 선도기업 지원사업 25개사 ▲지역혁신선도기업 지원사업 5개사 ▲투자생태계조성 자율기획 사업 10개사 ▲글로벌링크 지원사업 7개사 등 총 74개 기업이 참여했다.

이번 성과공유회에서는 우수기업 4개사에 대한 시상식과 함께 우수사례 발표, 기조강연, 테크 파트너링(Tech Partnering) 프로그램이 진행됐다. 우수기업으로는 티웰(대표 김건우), 에이포랩(대표 박재영), 데이웰즈(대표 황정흥), 이레테크(대표 양준화)가 선정돼 성장사다리 지원사업 참여 성과와 우수 실적을 공유하며 참석 기업들로부터 큰 호응을 얻었다.

기조강연에 나선 SID파트너스 변정욱 대표는 ‘중소기업의 디지털 전환(DX) 가속화를 위한 최신 기술 동향과 오픈이노베이션 전략’을 주제로 강연을 펼쳤다. 변 대표는 디지털 전환이 선택이 아닌 생존을 위한 필수 전략임을 강조하며, 지역 중소기업들이 클라우드, AI, IoT 등 신기술을 적극 활용하고 외부 협력과 오픈이노베이션을 통해 경쟁력을 강화해야 한다고 제언했다.

행사 후반에는 기업 간 기술 수요와 애로사항을 공유하는 ‘테크 파트너링’이 진행돼 실질적인 협업 기회를 모색했다. 특히 산업별 맞춤형 파트너링을 통해 기업의 기술 역량과 수요를 연계함으로써 협력 효과를 극대화하는 데 주력했다.

이와 함께 경북테크노파크는 차년도 기업지원사업 안내를 통해 기술개발, 사업화, 시장 진출 등 성장 단계별 지원 프로그램을 소개했다. 참석 기업들은 향후 연계 가능한 지원 사업과 실질적인 성장 혜택에 대한 구체적인 정보를 제공받았다.

하인성 경북테크노파크 원장은 “급변하는 산업 환경 속에서 지역 기업이 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 선제적이고 적극적인 대응이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “앞으로도 경북테크노파크는 기업 성장의 든든한 동반자로서, 경북을 대표하는 핵심 선도기업 육성을 위해 지속적인 지원을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.

The latter half of the event featured "Tech Partnering," where companies shared their technological needs and challenges, exploring practical collaboration opportunities. The focus was on maximizing the effectiveness of collaboration by linking companies' technological capabilities with demand through industry-specific, customized partnering.
